Thomas, DEC’s independent non-executive vice chair, bought 15,000 shares at an average price of 74.80p on 6 October and afterwards he held 2.245 million shares, equating to 0.232% of the company.
Gray, president and chief financial officer, picked up 20,000 shares at an average price of 68.70p on 5 October, giving him a holding of 2.93 million shares or 0.303% of the company.
