Tajiri Resources (TSX-V:TAJ) Corp. said it will not proceed with the second tranche of a non-brokered private placement it previously announced on June 27, 2023.
The company added that it will now arrange a non-brokered private placement of shares priced at two cents per share of up to $100,000 and the proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes.
