Ecora Resources PLC (LSE:ECOR, TSX:ECOR, OTCQX:ECRAF) said on Wednesday that Varda Shine, a non-executive director, acquired shares in the mining royalty business.
On 3 October 2023, Shine bought 10,001 ordinary shares “of 2 pence each” traded on the London Stock Exchange at “an average approximate price of 99.49p per share”, the company said in a statement.
