Tirupati Graphite PLC (LSE:TGR, OTCQX:TGRHF) has announced its non-executive director Rajesh Kedia will be stepping down from his role immediately in order to focus on other commitments.
A new director appointment is at an advanced stage as the company continues to assess candidates ahead of an appointment in the near future, a company statement revealed.
