PowerTap Hydrogen Capital Corp. (NEO:MOVE.AQN, OTC:MOTNF) has said that its financial statements for the year to June 30, 2023, were not finalized by the September 29 deadline due to delays to its audit after it changed auditors in June.
The company said the new auditors requested more time for partner and consultant review due to additional procedures and enhanced quality controls. It expects to file the annual filings on or before November 27, 2023.
Until then, under a Management Cease Trade Order, it said its CEO and CFO will not be able to trade in the company's common shares.
