Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd (LSE:CORD), the sector-focused investment firm, confirmed chairman and co-founder Steven Marshall has purchased 500,000 shares at 71.9p each, totalling £359,500.
This purchase brings Marshall’s holdings to 5,800,000 shares and lifts the total shareholding by directors of the company to 1.05%, a company statement revealed.
