Therma Bright appoints Eric Myung as new CEO

Therma Bright Inc (TSX-V:THRM, OTC:TBRIF) told investors that Eric Myung has assumed the role of the company's new chief financial officer (CFO) with immediate effect. He succeeds Victor Hugo, who served as CFO since July 2018.

The company noted that Myung is a senior financial analyst at Marrelli Support Services Inc, providing CFO, accounting, regulatory compliance, and management advisory services to numerous issuers on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange and other Canadian and US exchanges. He is a certified public account, chartered accountant, and holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo. As well as serving as CFO for several TSX Venture Exchange companies, he previously worked at a public accounting firm focused on small and medium businesses for seven years.

"It has been a pleasure to work with Victor over the last several years. Victor has provided invaluable CFO services in advancing the Company forward. We wish Victor all the best in his future endeavors," Therma Bright CEO Rob Fia commented in a statement.
