i3 Energy PLC (AIM:I3E, TSX:ITE, OTC:ITEEF), the oil and gas company, confirmed it would be distributing a third-quarter dividend, worth over £3 million, at 0.2565p per share by the end of this month, a company statement revealed.
Additionally, the firm revealed its shareholders have voted in favour of cancelling the company’s share premium account in order to make it easier to distribute reserves back to investors in the future.
