Therma Bright announces change of auditors to Zeifmans LLP

Therma Bright Inc (TSX-V:THRM, OTC:TBRIF) has switched auditors from HS & Partners LLP to Zeifmans LLP, effective February 22, 2023, following the company's request for the termination of the former auditor. The change, approved by the company's board of directors and audit committee, saw no reservations or reportable events with the former auditor related to the company's recent fiscal years.
