Mosman Oil and Gas Ltd (AIM:MSMN) has appointed Carl Dumbrell as an independent non-executive director, joining the board with immediate effect.
The company also confirmed that Nigel Harvey will be non-executive chair of the board, effective 1 October 2023, as executive director Andy Carroll is now chief executive.
The appointments come as former chair and chief executive John Barr departs the company.
“We are pleased to welcome Carl, who brings significant expertise in finance and capital markets as well as resources to the board, and we look forward to working with him as Mosman continues to build on its strategy to increase USA production and keep high potential upside helium, hydrogen and hydrocarbon exploration in Australia,” Carroll said in a statement.
