i3 Energy PLC chief financial officer Jason Dranchuk has bought 200,000 ordinary shares in the company at a price of CA$0.215 (£0.13) each.
Dranchuk’s interest in the AIM-listed oil and gas firm now equates to 200,000 shares, or 0.02%, i3 Energy said in a statement.
