Forward Water Technologies Corp (TSX-V:FWTC) plans to conduct a non-brokered private placement, aiming to raise up to $500,000 by offering 10 million units at a price of $0.05 per unit. Each unit will comprise one common share and one warrant, allowing the holder to purchase an additional common share at $0.075 within 36 months from the date of issuance.
