1606 Corp. (OTC:CBDW), which intends to rename itself CBDW AI, has announced the upcoming launch of ChatCBD, a revolutionary artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot, in partnership with Cool Blue Distribution.
The company said in a statement that the conversational e-commerce tool will initially be installed on Cool Blue’s website and has been specifically designed to answer customer questions about CBD and make product recommendations from retail brands currently being offered by Cool Blue, a top US distributor of CBD.

This often results in lost sales and a lack of trust in the industry.
ChatCBD doubles as an in-store resource for CBD retailers allowing employees to advise and educate at a scale previously unavailable to the industry, the company added.

1606 said the proprietary merchandizing AI will provide it will new revenue channels from licensing, product sales, payment processing and more. The conversational e-commerce technology also opens the door for the company to enter bigger markets such as nutraceuticals, cosmetics, and supplements to name a few.
