Baru Gold settles debt via share issuance to CEO

Baru Gold Corp. (TSX-V:BARU) has approved a debt settlement of $334,463.28 by issuing 6,689,266 common shares at $0.05 per share to Terry Filbert, CEO, with this issuance subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and a four-month hold period.
