Mindset Pharma Inc (CSE:MSET, OTCQB:MSSTF) told investors that its management information circular and related materials were mailed on September 22, 2023, for its special meeting to be held at 10am ET on October 19 to approve a statutory plan of arrangement for its acquisition by Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd, through its wholly-owned Otsuka America Inc subsidiary.
The company said its board of directors has recommended that shareholders vote for the arrangement, after unanimously determining that it is fair to the shareholders and is in the best interests of Mindset.
