Arrow Exploration says all resolutions passed at AGM

Arrow Exploration Corp (TSX-V:AXL, AIM:AXL, OTC:CSTPF) has announced that all resolutions were passed at its annual general meeting of shareholders on September 20, 2023. These included setting the number of directors on its board at six, the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the company's auditors for the ensuing year, the approval and amendment of its option plan, and approval to grant options to its independent directors.
