Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd (LSE:CORD), the investment group, said Steven Marshall, the company’s co-founder and chairman, has bought around £714,000 worth of shares in the firm.
Upping his stake to just under 1%, the Cordiant chair bought 1,000,000 at a weighted average of 71.4p per share, a statement from the company revealed.
