Bango PLC (AIM:BGO, OTCQX:BGOPF), the payment technology firm, has appointed Darcy Antonellis, a US media and tech industry veteran, as a non-executive director starting immediately.
Working at ABS Capital as an operating advisor, Antonellis has held leadership positions at companies such as Warner Bros Entertainment and CBS (NYSE:CBS), a company statement revealed.
