Helium One Global Ltd (AIM:HE1, OTCQB:HLOGF) told investors it has added Graham Jacobs to its board after he took up the role of financial and commercial director in August.
He brings to the board extensive industry expertise gained from senior roles at Dragon Oil, PanOcean Energy, Addax Energy, Oryx Petroleum and Orca Energy.
