Usha Resources fieldwork at White Willow Lithium Project pinpoints 10 drill targets

Usha Resources fieldwork at White Willow Lithium Project pinpoints 10 drill targets

Usha Resources CEO Deepak Varshney joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news shared exciting updates on their White Willow lithium project. He highlighted the impressive progress made during two phases of fieldwork and discussed plans for a third phase. The project has already identified 10 promising targets for lithium exploration.

Varshney explained that identifying suitable locations for lithium deposits involves analyzing geochemical signatures. Cesium and potassium-to-rubidium ratios are key indicators of potential lithium-rich zones. The project has shown high-grade cesium levels, with some exceeding 500 ppm, indicating the presence of spodumene dikes. Additionally, the potassium-to-rubidium ratios in the selected targets are below 10, a promising sign for economic viability. The next steps for the project include detailed mapping, prospecting, and geophysics to de-risk the drilling program. Usha Resources plans to embark on a 4,000-meter drilling program in the upcoming year, marking an exciting phase for the project's development.
