Silver X Mining Corp (TSX-V:AGX, OTC:WRPSF) told investors that all items submitted for approval were passed at its annual general meeting on September 14, 2023.
Jose Maria Garcia Jimenez, Sebastian Wahl, Darryl Cardey and Francis Johnstone were elected as directors after shareholders approved the setting of the number of directors at four. Additionally, Shim & Associates LLP was reappointed as auditors for the ensuing year.
Shareholders also approved the company's amended and restated "rolling up to 10%" share option plan and amended and restated restricted share unit plan.
