Prospector Metals Corp. (TSX-V:PPP, OTCQX:ETHOF) told investors that it has appointed co-chairman Dr Rob Carpenter as its president and CEO, replacing Alex Heath, who will remain as chief financial officer and a director of the company.
In a statement, Carpenter commented: "I would like to thank Alex Heath for his stewardship of the company and look forward to continuing to work together as we build Prospector. I strongly believe in our team's ability to make a significant discovery as we pursue our focus on Ni-Cu-PGE projects in under-explored regions.”
Prospector Metals is a Discovery Group company focused on district-scale, early-stage exploration of gold and base metal prospects and creating shareholder value through new discoveries.
The company's focus is to identify underexplored or overlooked mineral districts that display important structural and mineralogical similarities with well-endowed mining camps.
