Planet 13 updates on Nevada domestication plan

Planet 13 Holdings Inc (CSE:PLTH, OTCQX:PLNHF) said its plan to relocate its jurisdiction from British Columbia to Nevada is expected to be completed by September 15, 2023. After the transition, each common share will be converted into common stock, and the company's stock will trade on the OTCQX under the new ticker symbol 'PLNH' starting September 18, 2023. Additionally, a new Equity Incentive Plan will replace the company's prior stock option and share unit plans upon completion.
