Caerus Mineral Resources PLC has changed its name to Critical Mineral Resources PLC (LSE:CMRS), taking effect today.
The company's share ticker will remain CMRS and existing shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name, the company said.
Chief executive Charlie Long said: "We are pleased to announce the change of the company's name to Critical Mineral Resources PLC (LSE:CMRS), which reflects the company's evolved strategy and we look forward to providing an update in due course."
