Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM:ENET, OTCQB:ENETF) said it has extended the deadline to 3 March 2024 for when 5G Innovation Leaders Fund may request for the balance of shares to be issued under the share subscription arrangement from February 2022.
The balance currently outstanding under the agreement is US$1.4 million (approximately £1.1 million).
