Ecora Resources PLC (LSE:ECOR, TSX:ECOR, OTCQX:ECRAF) notified investors that chief executive Marc Bishop Lafleche and chief financial officer Kevin Flynn bought shares in the company through on-market share purchases.
Bishop Lafleche acquired 12,000 shares at an average approximate price of 107.61p per share, whilst Flynn picked up 4,700 shares at an average price of 106.80p per share.
