Frontier IP Group PLC (AIM:FIPP)’s portfolio company Pulsiv has officially appointed Dr. Mark Gerhard as company chairman, and Dr. Tim Moore as the new chief product officer.
Both will take up positions on Frontier IP’s board.
Gerhard comes with extensive experience in growing and existing businesses in the video games, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity sectors, including Jagex, developer of Runescape, which sold for $250 million in 2010 when he was chief executive.
Moore, meanwhile, joins from Nasdaq-listed consumer electronics group SharkNinja, where he acted as chief technology officer.
SharkNinja develops the widely popular Ninja air fryers among other household appliances.

He continued: “Mark and Tim's long and successful history of building businesses and products will prove invaluable as Pulsiv now enters an exciting stage of its journey to become a significant green technology business."
Frontier IP holds an 18.2% equity stake in Pulsiv.
