Faron announces the departure of non-exec Anne Whitaker

Faron Pharmaceuticals Limited (AIM:FARN, OTC:FPHAF) said that Anne Whitaker, a non-executive director, will resign on September 22, following the extraordinary general meeting, due to a new executive role at another firm.
