United Lithium Corp (CSE:ULTH, OTC:ULTHF) took a significant stride in bolstering its management team with the appointment of Cathy Fitzgerald as the executive vice president, exploration.
Fitzgerald brings over two decades of technical and managerial expertise to the company. As a seasoned leader, she will be responsible for spearheading United's expanding technical team in formulating, planning, and executing exploration initiatives across its project portfolio.
The new VP is no stranger to United, having served as a director since March 2023.
In her new role, Fitzgerald will oversee ongoing drilling activities in Sweden and the exploration efforts for United's US projects, including the identification of maiden drill targets in Colorado and South Dakota.
United also announced the immediate appointment of Rona Sellers as vice president compliance, concurrent with her role as corporate secretary. Sellers brings over 12 years of experience in corporate and securities law, solidifying her position as a seasoned governance professional.
