Tantalex Lithium Resources (CSE:TTX) told investors it has filed an updated NI 43-101 mineral resource report for the Manono lithium tailings project in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
While the volumes and grades associated with Li2O (lithium dioxide) have not changed from the original report released in December 2022, the company said the updated report includes tin and tantalum grades from tailings dumps I, G, and K.
It noted that assays from Dump C have not been re-assayed for the tin and tantalum grades and it has only declared an inferred Li2O mineral resource for this deposit.
As it stands, the tailings project contains total measured and indicated mineral resources of 5.46 million tonnes at 0.73% lithium, 289 parts per million (ppm) tin, and 25 ppm tantalum.
