ImmuPharma PLC (AIM:IMM, OTC:IMMPF) has successfully secured an additional £130,683 via a retail offer of new stock via the retail access platform developed by marketing-making group Winterflood Securities.
Shares were issued at 2p each. The funds are in addition to the £1.35 million raised via the subscription arrangement announced last month.
