Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd (TSX-V:GMG, OTC:GMGMF) issued a strategic outline to shareholders outlining a three-pronged strategy centered around product commercialization, organic corporate growth and product distribution channels.
Moving forward, GMG’s product commercialization process will be broken down into four stages: developing an initial concept, production and verification with external testing, building capacity to produce and sell the product, and building awareness by making and selling the product into various routes to markets.
Thermal XR has reached the fourth and final awareness-building stage, the company said. G Lubricant is in the second stage undergoing market testing, as is the Graphene Aluminium Ion Battery.
The Thermal-XR coasting system is a unique method of improving the conductivity of corroded heat exchange surfaces and improving and maintaining the performance of new units at peak levels.
In terms of corporate growth, GMG plans to continue developing energy storage products and add selected partners from different verticals to cosponsor and accelerate development.
One such sponsor is Rio Tinto, which is targeting the Graphene Aluminium Ion Battery for mining haul trucks in the mining and mineral processing sector.
GMG added that its channel strategy is to sell energy saving products “through relevant industry segment distributors in various geographic locations and/or co-branded products for further distribution.”
Cobranded products allow product codevelopers to share in GMG's branded logo and product technology through their existing production, distribution and sales infrastructure, which GMG views as a way to increase its own footprint.
