Edison Lithium Corp. (TSX-V:EDDY, OTCQB:EDDYF) plans to amend the exercise price of 4,048,000 common share purchase warrants issued in private placements conducted in 2021. Following a consolidation of its securities, the exercise price will be amended to $0.20 per warrant, subject to an accelerated expiry provision if the company's shares exceed $0.25 for ten consecutive trading days.
