EGR Exploration adds new independent director

EGR Exploration Ltd has elected David Suda to its Board of Directors following the resignation of Dorian (Dusty) Nicol. "(Suda) brings years of experience in Canadian and international capital markets from many transactions successfully completed during his time with two well-known Toronto-based investment banks," CEO Daniel Rodriguez said. The decision to appoint Suda was made at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), where shareholders also re-elected several other directors and approved various business items.
