SWMBRD Sports Inc (CSE:SWIM) has announced the resignation of Michael Hodge as a director of the company after he recently accepted a senior executive position with a publicly listed company that precludes him from remaining on as a director of SWMBRD.
"Mike has been an ‘in the trenches’ and greatly valued part of the SWMBRD Team for many years, and he will be greatly missed," SWMBRD said.
The company said it is currently in discussion with potential replacements for Hodge on its board of directors.
