Adamas One Corp. (NASDAQ:JEWL) told investors it has been notified by the Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Department that it is not in compliance with listing rule requirements as a result of not having timeously filed its accounts for the quarter ended June 30, 2023.
The company said the notification has no immediate effect on its listing and that it has until October 30 to file its Q3 2023 Form 10-Q or to submit a plan to regain compliance. It said it expects to file the accounts shortly, which would eliminate the need for it to submit a formal plan to regain compliance.
