VR Resources Ltd (TSX-V:VRR, OTCQB:VRRCF) has announced that a majority of shareholders present at its annual general meeting on August 31, 2023, voted in favor of the management resolutions brought before the meeting.
These included the election of four directors to the company's board for the ensuing year, including Darin Wagner (chairman), Michael Gunning, Craig Lindsay and Keith Inman.
Also approved were the reappointment of auditors Davidson & Company, the company's stock option plan and long-term incentive plan, and the long-term incentive plan by disinterested shareholders.
