Wishpond Technologies Ltd. (TSX-V:WISH, OTCQX:WPNDF) said it has partnered with Fiverr to create a unique and certified freelance marketplace for its Propel IQ marketing software.
The company said that, leveraging Fiverr’s recently launched “Fiverr Certified,” Fiverr’s team will look for skilled professionals and agencies, both internally and from Wishpond’s partner network, and following vetting and verification processes, will certify these professionals under Wishpond’s customized certification program.
These professionals will then be on-boarded onto the co-branded marketplace, ready to provide service to Wishpond’s small and medium business (SMB) customers.
The company said that it plans to leverage this marketplace to better service its SMB customers and broaden its footprint in regions where it does not currently serve users.
It is also expected to eliminate bottlenecks, allow Wishpond to rapidly capitalize on new revenue opportunities, and provide valuable data insights into customers’ needs.
