Elsewhere BMW chief Oliver Zipse warned upcoming bans on fossil-fuel powered cars in the EU and UK is putting automakers at risk of losing out in a price war with Chinese rivals.

Across the Atlantic where ARM Holdings is looking at listing, the chipmaker is said to be targeting a valuation of between US$50-55 billion, down from the US$64 billion tipped by owner Softbank, according to reports.
