DocuSign is set to report a year-over-year rise in both revenue and earnings when it hands down its second quarter fiscal 2024 financial results on Thursday, September 7, after the market close.
The eSignature provider with the release of its first quarter earnings in June forecast 2Q revenue between $675 million and $679 million, compared to revenue of $622.2 million in the 2Q fiscal 2023.
It expects subscription revenue in the range of $658 million and $662 million.
Wall Street analysts, on average, expect DocuSign to report sales toward the lower end of its guidance range at $676.8 million.
They expect earnings per share (EPS) of $0.66, compared to EPS of $0.44 in the year-ago quarter, according to Zacks Consensus Estimate.
DocuSign shares traded higher ahead of its earnings, up 1.8% at US$51.24 on Friday. The stock is down 9.7% in the year to date.
