The company has experienced delays in filing its financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and CEO/CFO certifications for the year ending Dec. 31, 2022. Despite these challenges, ShiftCarbon (CSE:SHFT) is actively working with its auditor to complete the necessary audit and expects to submit the annual filings by September 30, 2023, while maintaining its normal operations without disruption.
