Digitalbox PLC (AIM:DBOX) has completed the acquisition of the digital assets of 99 Problems, The Life Network Shopping and 90's Life from Media Chain Group on amended terms.
The Daily Mash publisher said the cost is now US$600,000 in cash without the issue of the shares while the 99 Problems Instagram page and 90's Life Facebook page are included in the deal with Student Problems removed.
Subsidiary Digitalbox Publishing has executed the deal, which is expected to be earnings enhancing as the engagement is built with the 20 million followers using Digitalbox’s social media channels.
