Sonoro Gold Corp (TSX-V:SGO, OTCQB:SMOFF) told investors it raised gross proceeds of C$259,208 as it closed the final tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement.
Together with the first and second tranches of the offering, the company said it issued 22,600,000 units at C$0.10 each, for gross proceeds of C$2.26 million.
The net proceeds from the offering will be used for the ongoing development of a proposed heap leach mining operation at the company's Cerro Caliche gold project in Sonora, Mexico.
