discoverIE Group PLC (LSE:DSCV) confirmed that it has completed the acquisition of Silver Telecom, following approval under the UK National Security & Investment Act.
As announced at the start of August, Silvertel has been acquired for an initial cash consideration of £21 million on a debt-free, cash-free basis, before expenses, funded from existing debt facilities, and is expected to be immediately accretive to discoverIE's underlying earnings and underlying operating margin.
