Regency Silver to showcase Dios Padre project at Beaver Creek Summit; announces C$1.5M private placement

Regency Silver Corp. (TSX-V:RSMX, OTCQB:RSMXF) told investors it will present at the 2023 Precious Metals Summit in Beaver Creek Colorado from September 12 to 15, 2023.

The company noted that the summit is one of the world’s top investment conferences focused on explorers, developers and emerging producers of gold, silver and platinum group metals.

"We are excited to showcase Regency and our new high-grade gold-copper-silver discovery at our wholly owned Dios Padre project in Sonora, Mexico,” the company’s executive chairman Bruce Bragagnolo said in a statement.

The company noted that drill results to date from the discovery include REG-22-01 which intersected 35.8 metres (m) of 6.84 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, 0.88% copper and 21.82 g/t silver along with 13.97 g/t gold, 50.25 g/t silver and 1.11% copper over 9.8m, as well as REG-23-14 which intersected 35.9m of 5.51 g/t gold including 29.4m of 6.32 g/t gold.

“Indications are that Dios Padre is a large, long lived magmatic-hydrothermal Au-Cu-Ag system with multiple overprinting events,” Bragagnolo added.

“Assay results from seven additional drill holes are expected shortly.”

Regency also announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 7.5 million units at a price of C$0.20 per unit for gross proceeds of C$1.5 million.

Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exchangeable for an additional common share for $0.30 for two years from the date of issuance.

Closing of the private placement, which is subject to regulatory approval, is anticipated to take place shortly and Regency said it will pay finders fees in cash or securities equal to 6% cash and 6% broker warrants of the proceeds raised by the finder.
