Dundas Minerals Ltd (ASX:DUN) managing director Shane Volk tells Proactive the company has acquired two advanced stage gold exploration projects, each with an established mineral resource and both within 60 kilometres of Kalgoorlie and less than 30 kilometress north of the Paddington gold plant. The two projects are Windanya with a 25,000-ounce inferred resource and Baden-Powell/Scotia with a 23,000-ounce inferred resource. Volk says there has been limited modern exploration across much of the project areas – especially for undercover gold deposits - and that’s where he sees the opportunity for Dundas.
