OKYO Pharma regains compliance with Nasdaq listing minimum market value rule

OKYO Pharma Ltd (NASDAQ:OKYO) told investors that the Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Department notified it that it has regained compliance with the minimum $35 million market value requirement for continued inclusion on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

The company said it was notified by Nasdaq on July 26 that it was not in compliance after the market value of its ordinary shares closed below $35 million for 30 consecutive business days. To regain compliance, it was required to maintain a market value of $35 million or more for a minimum of 10 business days, which was met on August 28.
