Progressive Planet Solutions Inc (TSX-V:PLAN) has announced a new target filing date for its financial statements for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2023, after wildfires in British Columbia disrupted the financial close and reporting process, delaying the finalization of the company's continuous disclosure documents.
The CleanTech solutions company now intends to file the audited financial statements on or before Friday, September 1, 2023. The fires did not impact its mining or manufacturing operations, it added.
