Tantalex Lithium Resources (CSE:TTX) has announced the closing of the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement.
The company issued 3,537,182 common shares at $0.11 each for gross proceeds of $389,090.02. The first and second tranches of the placement closed on July 12 and July 21, 2023, respectively.
The proceeds of the placement will be used for general working capital purposes, the company said.
