Coinsilium Group Ltd (AQSE:COIN, OTCQB:CINGF), the Web3 investor and advisor, said Eddy Travia, chief executive, has bought 1.5 million shares at a price of 1.25p each.
Following the purchase, Travia has a beneficial interest in 13.356 million shares or 6.84% of those in issue.
